Hello admin, I'm a newbie, I can download 5 items every day.

I don't know if it's a web error or not, but when I first came in, I pressed the get button, and waited for 10 seconds.

When I click download, it says I don't have permission to download. ( and when clicking on a random topic, it shows the button ( subscribe and download ).

While the account is still logged in and the download is 0/5, please reply, thank you.
