Unfortunatly, when i click to the link "download now" a new signet is opened.
I click to "get a link", after i confirm iam an human, and when the link is unlocked i click on it but i back to this page without any downloaded files.

please can you help me to solve this issue?

last question please, i am with a free account user and i see ,that its possible to download one file per day.
but i cant download any files despit no file downloaded today, it is normal?

iam trying to open the .CAD file and its impossible to open it.
i tried with bobcad-cam but the file is not supported.
i tried to open it with autocad 2022 but same issue file note supported.
i tried to convert the file to different format but always same error.
can you help me please?
